Billing Specialist

Pay: $23–$26/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support accurate and timely customer billing for an assigned region or customer base. This role will prepare and distribute invoices, review billing reports, research discrepancies, and make necessary corrections to ensure billing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and distribute batch invoices through the billing system.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues.
• Review and process billing adjustments and manual billings.
• Research and respond to routine and complex billing questions.
• Ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and meet customer requirements.
• Assist with customer account setup and gather supplemental billing information.
• Collaborate with customers, management, and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to less experienced team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with billing systems and reports, and has strong problem-solving and communication skills.
