Seeking a Bookkeeper- Contract to Hire opportunity Monday
- Friday
- Flexible Hours (7-4 or 8-5) Your responsibilities will include:
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Payroll using Paychex for both salaried and hourly employees
- Manage cash flow and track expenses
- Maintain financial records
- Performing administrative functions and answering phones
- Customer support
- 5 years of Bookkeeping or Accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with Quick Books Online software
- Experience with financial reporting
