Corporate Accountant

Carolina PRG is excited to partner with a well-established organization in the hospitality industry to find a Corporate Accountant to join their Charlotte-area accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a collaborative team environment and wants exposure to both corporate and property-level accounting within a multi-location organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Support financial statement preparation and recurring financial reporting
• Partner with property-level accounting teams to assist with accounting questions and financial matters
• Handle intercompany accounting activity and related reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close activities and ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Provide accounting guidance and technical support to teams across multiple locations
• Support the Corporate Controller with day-to-day accounting activities and additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience
• Previous accounting experience within the hospitality industry required
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Experience working within a multi‑entity or multi‑location environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate and collaborate across teams
