Summary: The Accounts Receivable (ASR) Associate is responsible for managing payment collections and accurately allocating received payments.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $20 to $23 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $45,000 and $52,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Manage billing, collections, and reporting activities to meet specified deadlines.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities.
- Maintain customer files and reconcile accounts for internal records.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, and related transactions.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries as needed.
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, or via mail.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or college coursework preferred.
- Two (2) plus years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Previous experience with MAS
500 receivables systems preferred. - High attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven accuracy and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong overall computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
