Our firm is actively recruiting a Senior Accountant for a growing organization seeking a strong technical accounting professional to support month-end close, financial reporting, and overall accounting operations. This Senior Accountant role offers high visibility, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead core Senior Accountant functions including month-end close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist with AP/AR oversight and payroll review as needed
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
- Partner with leadership on reporting, analysis, and workflow enhancements
- Support audits, tax filings, and external reporting requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a Senior Accountant capacity
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience
- ERP system proficiency and strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
