Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join their accounting and finance team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial statement preparation, and ensuring the integrity of accounting operations. • Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual month-end close processes.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis.
• Complete cash reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Support intercompany accounting and multi-entity reconciliations.
• Participate in consolidation accounting activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and flux analysis to identify financial trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting accuracy.
• Assist with accounting process improvements and system enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with an ERP system (Net Suite preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with multi-entity accounting environments.
• Experience in high-volume customer-facing environments is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Knowledge of consolidation accounting and financial analysis.
