We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted right hand to C-suite leadership within a dynamic, global manufacturing organization. This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to partner directly with senior executives and play a key role in driving business effectiveness at the highest level.
As the Executive Assistant, you will operate at the center of executive decision-making, managing complex priorities across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures. Success in this role requires sharp judgment, complete discretion, and the confidence to thrive in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

The ideal candidate:- 7–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives at the C-suite level in global organizations
- Proven success in manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environments
, including matrixed organizations - Expertise managing multi-time-zone calendars, global meetings, and international travel logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Outstanding communication skills, executive presence, and ability to partner with senior stakeholders
- Provide proactive support to one or more C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CHRO)
- Coordinate global travel for conferences, leadership meetings, town halls, offsites, and plant visits
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison with Board members, customers, suppliers, and senior leadership
- Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, reports, and briefing documents
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale company conferences and executive events
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Hybrid, with the ability to be onsite in the Charlotte Metro Area as needed
- Board of Directors and executive committee support
