Data Specialist

Overview

Insight Global is looking for a Data Specialist for one of our larger automotive companies sitting in Ballantyne, NC. This individual will be responsible for working statements as well as uploading the cancellation data and moving the data into their workflow system. They will be uploading 100-150 cancellations a day - this will be a repetitive task. Previous data entry experience, a good personality, strong work ethic and customer service skills are desired from this individual.

• Upload cancellation data and move it into the workflow system.
• Handle 100-150 cancellations per day (repetitive data-entry task).

• Previous data entry experience
• Basic Excel skills
• Coachable (they will be trained)

• Prior experience working in an office atmosphere
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Outlook/Microsoft Office
• Experience in the automobile industry
