Rodgers has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant and Corporate Office Manager on-site at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

Requirements / Experience
  • 3-5 years of Executive Assistant and Office Manager Experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to maintain digital and physical files to ensure quality reporting and metrics
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
  • Calendar and schedule management as needed for the Executive Team
  • Coordinate meetings with various contacts across the organization and external partners
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics
  • Handle travel arrangements for the Executive Team, including flights and hotels
  • Coordinate special events for the Executive Team
  • Draft, review, and send correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Executive Team
  • Maintain corporate records and documents for the Executive Team
  • Manage confidential information when required to perform duties
  • Facilitate day-to-day corporate office needs and administrative tasks
  • Manage conference room schedules and ensure spaces are ready
  • Order and coordinate catering for office meetings and events
  • Greet visitors and oversee the guest experience
  • Organize and distribute corporate mail
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Ensure breakrooms are organized and stocked with supplies and snacks
  • Assist with office furnishing needs and facilitate office organization efforts
  • Coordinate with Facilities Manager to ensure maintenance vendors keep the office clean, safe, and in good working order.
  • Coordinate with Facilities Manager on administration of company vehicles
  • Assist company departments with administrative duties
  • Backup support for other administrative staff
