A privately held corporate office in Charlotte is seeking a Front Desk Administrator. This is a hybrid role that will allow diversity in your day. You will be greeting guest, managing the front office, as well as supporting the accounting team with accounts payable and receivables responsibilities. Thie idea candidate would possess a friendly professional demeanor with great attention to detail.

Salary up to $50,000 DOE plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Greet Guest
  • Answer multi-phone telephone system
  • Maintain front lobby
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Order in-house catering as needed
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Set up and maintain vendor accounts
  • Prepare billing summaries
Qualifications
