- Serve as the first impression for our business by welcoming clients, responding to phone inquiries, and advancing our company mission: to joyfully serve clients and the community.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Relations Specialist to ensure all leads are appropriately triaged and all client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Open the main office, greet visitors and clients in a friendly manner, answer/direct all phone calls, manage the firm’s primary email and voicemail accounts. Receive/direct faxes and shipments.
- Manage printing, copying, and scanning of all estate planning, estate administration, and elder law documents.
- Assemble and organize estate planning and elder law portfolios in advance of signing appointments.
- Send documents (e.g., deeds or certifications of trust) for recording via mail.
- Oversee standard office equipment and supplies, such as printer, ink or toner, paper, etc. Report any malfunctions to the appropriate person or department.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
