Job Description
As a Lead Administrative Assistant at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You will support our executive team and overall office operations, using your organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and maintain an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with document preparation and editing
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
