Join our team in Charlotte, NC as a Part-Time Office Administrator
!

This is a part-time, fully in office role in Charlotte, NC.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Effectively communicate by email, telephone, and written correspondence any information pertaining to the Client Services office
  • Order and stock Office Supplies for all floors
  • Keep all floor supply rooms clean and stocked at all times
  • Keep all floor conference rooms clean and stocked at all times
  • Manage the soda machines, change syrups and clean nozzles
  • Help with town hall/huddle meeting set‑up of chairs and manage AV
  • Support Administration team with other duties as assigned
Job/Performance Expectations
  • Positive helpful attitude towards visitors and employees
  • Attention to keeping office space neat, organized and well stocked
  • Knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Adaptable and motivated to learn
  • Diplomatic problem solver and results‑driven
  • Written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
  • Knowledge of office procedures, practices, and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and in stressful situations
  • Ability to multitask
Required

Education and Experience
  • High School Graduate
  • Two to three years’ experience, preferably in an office environment
  • Well‑developed oral and written communication skills
Work Schedule and Physical Demands

Days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Hours would be 10:00AM – 4:00PM with a 30‑minute break for lunch and flexibility depending on business needs. Light work requires exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
