As a Workplace & Facilities Administrator at Spectrum, you’ll support integrated facilities management and workplace services, ensuring reliable property services and a seamless employee experience. HowYou’ll Make An Impact
- Partner with the WFM Administration team to oversee contracted workplace and facilities services, ensuring compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage occupancy experience requests through helpdesk or workflow systems, coordinating needs evaluation, scope development, vendor engagement and service trend analysis
- Lead vendor bid and selection processes using standardized proposals and bid summary analysis
- Serve as an escalation point between service providers and Spectrum facilities management teams
- Support accounts payable processes in alignment with corporate guidelines
- Develop and compose workplace and facilities management dashboards and reports covering service trends, financial accruals, budget variances and forecasts
- Oversee building life cycle replacement projects and facilities planning, including space allocation, office moves and cost estimates
- Administer project documentation and property repositories, maintaining records according to company and business unit policies
- Identify efficiency opportunities and drive efforts to implement improvements
- Train and mentor WFM Administrators and assist with workplace experience services such as meeting and event management, amenities and employee experience objectives
- Office environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience within facilities or property management
- Strong spatial skills with experience implementing workplace strategies and the ability to translate business requirements into space requirements for the business units
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS systems, Excel (V-Lookups, cell calculations, pivots, etc.), and PowerPoint (ability to consolidate data and floor plans into presentations)
- Proven ability to solve problems and the desire to create/build processes
- Proven customer service skills and ability to interface with various levels of management and staff
- Thrive in ambiguous situations amongst numerous cross‑functional entities
- Proven complex and creative problem solving
- Stay up to‑date on industry best practices
- Ability to balance working independently and very collaboratively as part of a multi‑functional team
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment
- 3+ years of quantitative or operational analysis experience
