Role and ResponsibilitiesThe essential roles and responsibilities are outlined below:
- Monitoring, preparation, distribution, and logging of contractor deliverables such as inspection documentation, permits, insurance certificates, deficiency reports, engineering reports, etc.
- Coordinate all document requests for review and processing.
- Supports service and project management staff with performance reports and metric data collection as directed.
- Supports collaboration by participating in team evaluations of workflow process and procedures.
- Work with operational team members to review contracts and change orders for completeness and proper signatures; organize and update contract files as needed.
- Contribute to problem solving and mitigating contractual and change order issues.
- Coordinates and manages the acquisition and organization of materials.
- Facilitates the installation and service of equipment and components in assigned field.
- Coordinate with team members and customers to ensure delivery and installation are to the highest achievable standard.
- Calling/emailing contractors and customers to follow up on needed items.
- Respond to internal and external correspondence following established company procedures
- Assists with compliance of local, State, and Federal codes and regulations.
- Answers employee, vendor, and customer questions related to processes, procedures, and services.
- Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (excel, word, power point, SharePoint), and basic Windows environment. (Strong emphasis on Excel documentation)
- Ability to travel to job sites when necessary.
- Ability to lead and work with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both co-workers and customers.
