Automotive Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims while supporting our service department and delivering a seamless customer experience.

• Show up on time ready to work each day
• Maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Process warranty claims daily as customers pick up their vehicles
• Review repair orders for proper time stamps, documentation, and technician notes
• Return repair orders to service advisors when corrections are required
• Log returned repair orders with detailed reasons for tracking and accountability
• Submit repairs for digital imaging approvals when required
• Submit repairs to the powertrain center for authorization as needed
• Communicate approvals and denials promptly to service advisors
• Notify management of any rejected claims
• Monitor and report any warranty receivable over 30 days to management
• Reconcile and clear warranty schedules; post warranty payables accurately

• Previous automotive warranty or dealership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines
  
  Effective communication skills with team members and management
  
  Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
