- Review all Inspections Reports and submit to proper 3rd party AHJ portal from Service Tickets assigned to all Inspection contract types.
- Review all Inspection Reports found on Service Tickets and submit to proper 3rd party AHJ portals.
- Note discrepancies on Inspection Reports and alert Sales Team if a new quoted service for repair is needed.
- Enter all corrected discrepancies into the proper AHJ portal to complete the report.
- Assist with Inspections Billing as requested.
- Handles each transaction in a way that positively promotes the Company’s reputation.
- Responsible for completing continuing education necessary to maintain current certifications and/or licenses as required for position.
- Expected to work safely, by using good judgment and following all Company safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required,
- Advanced education preferred, plus
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an office, management, OR
- the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must continuously adhere to Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standards.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to use a telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
