Da to Salisbury. We are on a mission to help our customers save time, money and wasted materials that end up in landfill. NE Charlotte offers spot repair services on Floors, Counters, Tubs, Cabinets, Glass Cooktops and Stainless Steel Appliances. Our services help multi-family units, hotels, construction sites and moving companies save money by repairing, rather than replacing, household services.
NE Charlotte is hiring a hands-on Office Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and coordination between staff. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing financial processes, maintaining compliance with property management requirements, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external communications. As Office Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting both the operational and financial success of the organization.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Scheduling and Coordination – collaborate with NE Charlotte technicians to schedule service appointments and manage daily schedules
- Communication and Customer Service – answer customer requests and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Invoicing and Payments – ensure timely accounting to send invoices, process incoming payments and follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Compliance and Inventory Management – update files to maintain compliance with property requirements and monitor inventory levels to order necessary supplies and equipment.
- General Office Administration – help maintain employee files, onboarding processes, electronic and physical records, and others.
- Vehicle and Safety Management – help maintain files tracking vehicle maintenance and registration and conduct monthly checks of safety equipment.
- 2+ years in office management, administrative or operations experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office management software, invoicing systems, and financial record-keeping, or enthusiasm to learn
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in vendor management and property compliance is a plus.
$19.50-$22.50 for 40 hours per week.
