* Must be available on Fridays to assist our CEO with administrative tasks*.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to join our organization. This internship will provide valuable hands‑on experience in an office setting and an opportunity to learn and develop administrative skills, as well as gain exposure to the medical and non‑profit space. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist the leadership team with general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Assist the CEO with preparing memos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails as needed.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong time management skills.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a professional and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
