Receptionist Position

We are looking for an experienced and personable Receptionist to support a busy corporate headquarters. This Contract position will serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and executive visitors, requiring strong communication skills, warmth, and sound judgment throughout the day. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving office setting, can manage competing priorities with confidence, and enjoys delivering a high standard of front desk service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, employees, and executive guests with a detail-oriented and approachable presence at the front desk.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries accurately, and taking messages when needed.
• Maintain smooth front desk operations throughout the day in a high-traffic corporate office environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guests are announced, routed properly, and assisted in a timely manner.
• Handle several tasks at once while staying organized, calm, and responsive during peak activity periods.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and reception support that helps the office run efficiently.
• Use sound judgment to prioritize requests and involve the appropriate team members when additional support is needed.
