What we do:Our office is a Max Living Health Center on a mission to transform health in our community. We do this through five different principles or pillars of health: chiropractic care, empowered mindset, life giving nutrition, exercise, and minimizing toxin exposure.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Experience & Coordination
- Know EVERY patient’s name. We know our patients’ names because they are in our family
- Answering phones & managing patient schedules/appointments
- Knowing patient scripts—for phone calls, payment collection, etc
- Serve as the primary contact for new patients via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
- Guide patients through services, treatment plans, and financial options
- Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads (web, social media, referrals, campaigns)
- Nurture prospective patients through consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Track and manage leads using CRM systems
- Engage in new patient generation through marketing at community events
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and treatment plans
- Meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, no-shows, retention)
- Support office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- 1+ years in a patient-facing, sales, or customer success role (healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients/customers
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, goal-driven, and performance-oriented

This position is hourly for 35-40 hours a week (some weeks with workshops and events will be more)
Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-1:30pm, 2:30pm-6:45pm
Tuesday 2:30pm-8:30pm Thursday 2:30pm-6:45pm Friday 7:00am-1:30pm
Some weekend availability to work large events/festivals around town to serve the community (2x a month)
Some weekend travel for training seminars and personal growth & development (3-4 times a year and they’re SUPER awesome)
Compensation is $19-23
