Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Travel Schedule Coordinator
to support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day management of travel schedules, appointments, meetings, events, and travel-related activities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, organization, communication, and working in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will work closely with the team to ensure schedules, reservations, itineraries, and important details are organized and communicated effectively.
Occasional travel may be required
to support business trips, events, conferences, and travel-related activities.
- Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and travel-related schedules.
- Organize appointments, meetings, calls, and events.
- Assist with creating and maintaining travel itineraries.
- Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities.
- Track reservations, confirmations, deadlines, and schedule changes.
- Communicate schedule updates with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Help coordinate logistics for business trips, conferences, and travel events.
- Maintain organized records of reservations and important travel information.
- Monitor schedules and proactively identify potential conflicts or changes.
- Provide administrative support related to travel and scheduling.
- Assist with on-site coordination during select events or trips when needed.
- Handle confidential business and scheduling information professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
- Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, Zoom, and other digital tools.

- Interest in travel and the travel industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, administration, customer service, event coordination, or scheduling is preferred but not required.
This role may involve
occasional domestic and/or international travel
for business activities, events, conferences, or travel-related assignments.
Travel requirements will vary depending on business needs and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
