Executive Assistant Opportunity
Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Executive Assistant for our office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This position will be on-site 5 days per week. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to senior management, manage scheduling, answer a multi-line phone, update reports/spreadsheets and complete various other administrative tasks.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage Scheduling
- Answer Phones
- Update Spreadsheets and Reports
- Various Administrative Projects
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:
- Overall working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- When speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely.
- Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management.
- The ability to interact positively and get along well with others.
- Able to maintain focus while handling multiple tasks.
Essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years executive administrative experience (must have supported senior-level managers).
Preferred qualifications:
- Customer Service or Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting executives is plus
