Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone
Essential Job Functions- Review Builder Portals and create work orders / job files based on plans, selections, and purchase orders.
- Monitor Builder Portals to ensure production schedules are kept current for assigned builders.
- Communicate with customers on scheduling and any needed changes.
- Serve as advocate for the customer, gathering and disseminating information
- Ensure all required job documentation is provided to the field team to support job readiness.
- Serve as backup to other Account Coordinators when they are out of office.
- Maintain builder relationships by responding to all inquiries and documenting any action.
- Respond to builder/field inquiries by understanding inquiries; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying builders’ understanding of information and answer.
- Record all builder communication by documenting and tracking all inquiries.
- Frequently communicate with customers, managers, estimating, scheduling and purchasing on project status and exchange accurate information.
- Support coordination between estimating, purchasing, and operations to improve efficiency.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- High school graduation or equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Strong computer skills (MS Suite).
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct and Bolt preferred but not required.
- Knowledge and utilization of Supply Pro and similar portals strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate informative and professional assistance when working with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Act independently and create new approaches to problems.
- Maintain initiative to preserve the flow of work.
- Work under stress with commitment to deadlines.
- Sustain interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor, and trust, internally and externally.
- Complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

- Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and stand frequently throughout the day and operate computer equipment regularly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Indoor office or cubicle workspace environment that supports collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
- Must be able to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to access materials or workspace.
