Pro Assurance is seeking a Claims Intake Specialist to join our Workers’ Compensation team (Eastern Alliance) in a hybrid role based out of Lancaster, PA or Charlotte, NC, with occasional travel to the office and about two days per month remote.
You will be the initial contact for new claims, capturing data accurately and guiding callers to the right resources, while training toward a professional claims role.
