Administrative Assistant / Branch Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support a busy branch office during a 10-12 week leave coverage assignment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients while providing administrative, operational, and office support to branch leadership and team members. The position will also assist with the consolidation of two Charlotte office locations as the Ballantyne branch transitions into the South Park branch.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary front desk contact by greeting clients, guests, and visitors while maintaining a professional office environment.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate ordering as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and ROL, including scheduling assistance, document preparation, and follow-up coordination.
• Support EAR Operations activities, text communications, and ESA sends.
• Assist the Practice Manager with client service and operational workflows.
• Partner with branch team members to complete administrative and service-related tasks.
• Support office maintenance, organization, and day-to-day branch operations.
• Assist with the consolidation of the Charlotte Ballantyne and South Park office locations.
