Someof your Responsibilities Include the Following:
Construction Administration:
- Review drawings as relates to document control and overall quality.
- Processing RFIs, shop drawings, and other construction related documentation such as field visit reports and contractor change orders.
- Tracking, compiling and reviewing project progress.
- Tracking of subconsultant contracts and ESR forms with the Power group subconsultants.
- Creating, formatting and editing excel spreadsheets for reports.
- Collaborating with Marketing group on business development reports.
- Processing Specifications upon request.
- Word processing/formatting and filing maintenance of proposals, project correspondence, reports, Vanderweil templates, Basis of Designs, etc.
- Organizing and scheduling internal and off-site meetings with multiple people.
- Processing expense reports.
- Assisting with assembly of project documents, drawings, and coordinating distribution.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Familiarity with document management software including ACC Build, Procore and ability to learn commonly used software.
- 5 Years plus experience in related engineering or infrastructure field
- Strong analytical ability and writing skills necessary
- Detail oriented self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills working with project managers
- May sit for extended periods of time, twist wrists, type, speak clearly on telephone

The total compensation that we expect to pay for this position is dependent on years of experience, licensure, education, geographic location, and project portfolio but expected to be in the $70,000 to $85,000 range.
