Job Description

• Detail oriented, resourceful administrative professional with experience managing communications between multiple parties in verbal and digital formats.

• This person must be tech enabled, someone who thrives on utilizing software and applications to manage and coordinate activities.

• Willing to work in a fast paced, ever changing, on the go environment in support of Real Estate Agents, which means sometimes outside of the office.

• Work collaboratively with Inside Sales, Operations and Leadership Team toachieve the highest level of effiency without sacrificing excellent service to clients, vendors and the community.
