Financial Services firm located in Charlotte NC seeks corporate & professional Corporate Receptionist.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional front desk and office support services while ensuring a professional, welcoming, and well-maintained workplace environment. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner and directing them appropriately. The role maintains the organization and readiness of conference rooms, ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and meeting-ready at all times, while providing occasional assistance with conference room reservations and scheduling.
In addition to reception responsibilities, this role supports daily office operations by monitoring printers to ensure they are functioning properly and stocked with paper and necessary supplies, the cleanliness and organization of copy rooms. The position also oversees the client pantry area by monitoring inventory levels, replenishing snacks, beverages, and supplies as needed, and ensuring these areas remain clean and presentable.
The role manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining inventory of Fed Ex shipping supplies. Responsibilities also include placing occasional supply orders to support office needs and managing elevator access badges for employees and visitors. Additionally, the Receptionist identifies and reports facility maintenance issues through established channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
