Get Involved in Bringing Events to Life
We're looking for an Event Assistant to support the planning, organization, and delivery of events from our Columbus office. You'll help with event information, schedules, communications, materials, and coordination while working alongside the wider events team.
This role would suit someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with different people, and interested in building practical experience in events and coordination.
A Typical Week Could Involve- Helping organize event schedules, timelines, and task lists
- Supporting the preparation of event materials and documents
- Communicating with venues, suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Tracking bookings, confirmations, deadlines, and outstanding tasks
- Assisting with event logistics and preparation requirements
- Helping coordinate event-day materials, registrations, and information
- Preparing presentations, briefs, schedules, and other supporting documents
- Following up with suppliers and team members on outstanding requirements
- Supporting promotional and customer engagement activities connected to events
- Maintaining organized event records and project files
- Gathering information for post-event reports and reviews
Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, retail, administration, marketing, scheduling, or coordination can be helpful, but training will be provided.
We're looking for someone who is organized, communicates professionally, pays attention to details, and can follow tasks through while working with different teams.
