We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and meeting notes.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and routine administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation as needed.
- Order office supplies and maintain office inventory.
- Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Welcome visitors and provide professional customer service.
- Support managers and team members with special projects and administrative needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or office-support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
