Responsibilities - Auto Body Painter:

• Make cosmetic repairs to vehicles and paint them
• Assess and analyze damaged areas to prep for painting
• Remove rust, fill cavities and dents to create an even surface
• Mask or tape off areas/components prior to paint application
• Mix paints to match color specifications or vehicles' original colors
• Paint vehicles with a high level of efficiency
• Check for runs or sags in the paint to ensure a quality product
• Ensure finished product adheres to factory and dealership procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workspace

Qualifications - Auto Body Painter:

• Auto body painting experience is required
• I-CAR certification is preferred
• A good work ethic
• Pays attention to details
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
