Parts Manager

Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking a highly organized and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department. This key role involves overseeing inventory management, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the service team to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of parts operations, and a passion for delivering quality service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

• Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and stock replenishment.
• Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet department goals.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to support vehicle repair and maintenance needs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
• Monitor parts department financials, including budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, inventory software, and supply chain practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive parts or business management is a plus.
