# Service Advisor Full-time $18–$25/hr Charlotte, NCTakes about 2 minutes## About the role

AutoRx Center, an independent auto repair shop in Charlotte, is hiring a full-time Service Advisor to run our front counter.

You'll be the customer's main point of contact from drop-off to pick-up: greet them, write the repair order and capture the real concern, turn the technician's inspection into an estimate the customer understands, and present the work honestly, without pressure. You'll keep the board moving by updating customers, coordinating with the technicians and parts, and keeping promise times.

Pay is an hourly base of $18–$25/hr plus commission on the work you sell, so your income grows with the shop. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with paid time off.

* Customer-facing experience, ideally at an auto repair shop or dealership service counter
* Clear, confident communication in person and on the phone
* Organized and comfortable handling several vehicles and customers at once### Nice to have
* Bilingual English/Spanish
* Experience with a shop management system (Tekmetric or similar)
* Basic automotive knowledge or ASE C1 (Service Consultant)
