Job Summary:
- Ensure print files are timely manner from IT
- Management of Singpost to ensure timely mailing
- Holdmail Process which includes collection, destruction, monitoring, and annual fees charging.
- Monthly reporting of uncollected Holdmail and Holdmail Decommissioning tracking
- Manage the full cycle of Returned Mail process including blocking/unblock account, monitoring and reporting. Coordination with the Front Office to confirm mailing addresses with clients.
- Handle ad-hoc requests for retrieval of advice/statements
- Handle ad-hoc/mass mailing requests from Marketing and various project teams
- Inventory management includes procurement of paper, envelops and marketing materials
- As part of Record Retention and Disposal, sort, and pack documents by retention periods and send them for offsite archival
