• Business Analyst expertise in the Banking industry, specifically in Capital Markets Risk Reporting and Compliance and fixed income.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills, including the ability to produce process flow diagrams, business modeling, and functional design.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in the capital markets or trading domain.
• Knowledge of logical and physical data models.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is USD $115,000 to $120,000.

• Paid time off based on employee grade (A-F), defined by policy:
