National Account Manager – Farm & Hardware Channel
Are you a CPG National Account Manager ready to own and grow a high-impact Farm & Hardware channel while partnering cross-functionally to drive profitable results across North America?
My client, a well-established, global consumer products company with a strong international footprint and continued expansion underway in North America, is seeking a National Account Manager to own and grow strategic Farm & Hardware accounts across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing, Planning, Analytics, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth and strong customer execution.

- Own and grow assigned Farm & Hardware accounts across the U.S. and Canada
- Lead HQ-level customer relationships and joint business planning
- Execute account strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and resets
- Identify and activate growth opportunities from planning through execution
- Build forecasts and account plans; monitor performance and close gaps
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, Analytics, and Operations
- Analyze sales, inventory, and productivity data to guide decisions
- Manage day-to-day execution and issue resolution
- 7+ years of CPG sales experience, with demonstrated ownership of HQ-level customer relationships
- Experience managing Farm, Hardware, DIY or adjacent CPG channels
- Strong executional mindset with the ability to think strategically
- Comfort operating in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment
