Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Jack Henry, we’re more than a technology company, we’re a force for good in financial services. We’re redefining how community banks and credit unions connect with the people they serve. Our mission is rooted in people inspired innovation, empowering financial institutions to deliver seamless, secure, and human centered experiences. We deliver cutting-edge solutions that are paving the way for the next generation of digital banking and payments, but our true impact begins with our associates.

If you're ready to help transform an industry and grow with a company that values purpose, collaboration, and excellence then we’d love to meet you.

This position must be worked onsite at our Charlotte, NC office.

The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $70,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Director of Sales Operations, supporting planning cycles, communications, prioritization, and decision‑making.
  • Anticipate leadership needs, streamline workflows, remove obstacles, and drive cross‑functional alignment across Sales Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Prepare, refine, and manage content for leadership meetings, QBRs, executive presentations, and ongoing operational reviews.
  • Provide high‑impact administrative and operational support—including calendar orchestration, meeting prep, agendas, briefings, travel, expenses, and project tracking.
  • Oversee facility operations and vendor management for the Charlotte site, ensuring security, safety, visitor management, and overall employee experience standards.
  • Support personnel routines including onboarding/offboarding, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑team coordination.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting director‑ or VP‑level leaders in administrative or business partner capacities.
  • Experience with office operations, facilities, workplace experience, or site‑lead responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 5% travel required.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Experience supporting leaders in Sales Operations, Sales, or Marketing environments.
  • Experience managing onsite meetings or executive offsites.
  • Process improvement mindset—comfortable recommending and implementing new efficiencies.
  • You have a “no task too small” attitude and take pride in maintaining an organized, high-energy office environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a strategic partner, not just a task executor. Proven ability to manage confidential information and provide sound judgment under pressure.
  • Advanced PowerPoint expertise to design and deliver polished, executive‑level presentations that translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals suitable for senior leadership audiences.
  • Ability to perform onsite physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs, moving office items).

If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity. Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement on this posting, we still encourage you to apply. We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who align with our mission and can bring unique perspectives to our team.
