- Lead the demand management process for the North America Food business, owning a rolling 36-month demand forecast across profit centers, product hierarchies, and SKUs
- Drive forecast accuracy and reduce bias through disciplined IBP practices, analytics, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate the monthly Demand Review process, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance on a single demand plan
- Translate market trends, promotional activity, and customer insights into actionable demand signals that support operating plans and financial forecasts
- Implement and manage weekly forecast versus actual tracking to enable short-term adjustments and exception management
- Develop demand scenarios and support demand shaping decisions during supply constraints to balance service levels and inventory
- Serve as the process owner for demand planning, advancing Class A Planning and Control standards and improving forecasting tools and capabilities
- Lead and develop Demand Planning and VMI teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and communicating risks, assumptions, and trade-offs clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a quantitative/technical field (MBA preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, or Marketing with a strong focus on supply and demand alignment
- Proven experience leading demand forecasting processes within an IBP or S&OP environment
- Experience with statistical forecasting tools and demand planning software
- Experience designing, mapping, and improving end-to-end business processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of food packaging products and customers is a plus
