Demand Planner | Supply Chain & Forecasting

We are seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to support forecasting, inventory strategy, and cross-functional planning within a fast-growing organization. This role plays a critical part in aligning demand signals with operational execution to improve service levels, reduce excess inventory, and support revenue growth.

What You’ll Do Forecasting & Planning
  • Build and maintain statistical and consensus demand forecasts across multiple products and channels
  • Analyze historical sales data, trends, promotions, and market drivers to improve forecast accuracy
  • Partner with operations and supply planning teams to align demand with capacity and inventory targets
  • Monitor forecast performance metrics such as MAPE, bias, and forecast error
  • Lead demand review discussions with sales and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to S&OP processes and communicate forecast risks and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams
Analysis & Reporting
  • Track forecast vs. actual performance and identify root causes of variance
  • Support reporting dashboards and data visualization initiatives
  • Assist with scenario planning and “what-if” analysis tied to new programs or market shifts
  • Provide insights to minimize excess and obsolete inventory while maintaining strong service levels
What We’re Looking For
  • 3 years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics experience
  • Retail Customer Experience highly desirable
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; exposure to BI tools is a plus
  • Experience with ERP or demand planning systems
  • Understanding of S&OP processes, inventory management, and supply planning concepts
  • Ability to communicate data clearly and collaborate across teams
