The Business Developer Account Manager (Account Expansion) will inherit a warm book of enterprise clients and take ownership of developing these relationships to new heights, backed by full delivery and L&D support.
Role Highlights- Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts, identifying new commercial opportunities
- Partner with major financial institutions nationwide, leveraging delivery teams to fulfil roles
- Expand market share across Technology
- Operate with 60 % commission on delivery-filled placements
- Drive business growth, mentoring junior consultants as part of your leadership progression
- Experience managing and expanding large-scale client accounts and winning contract/permanent jobs
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue project opportunities
- Proven track record in recruitment within fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Capability to increase margins and implement effective structure and process
- Ambition to progress quickly into a leadership role and develop others
- Transparent progression path to leadership
- Average fee size $40K with warm enterprise accounts ready to grow
- Proven record of turning $300K billers into $1M+ performers within a year
