• Acts as the analytical bridge between Finance, Sales, and Operations, ensuring revenue data is accurate, actionable, and scalable
• Owns revenue forecasting, pipeline modeling, pacing analysis, and commercial KPIs used by senior leadership
• Ensures CRM, ERP, and Power BI data alignment, enabling reliable forecasting and financial planning
• Supports pricing analysis, deal evaluation, margin analysis, and customer profitability insights
• Plays a critical role in integrating new acquisitions and business units into their commercial and financial reporting environment
• Directly influences commercial strategy, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability

• 5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial FP&A, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance
• Experience in B2B services, environmental services, industrial, construction, or field‑services environments is a plus
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skill set
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not required) and ERP platforms (Net Suite or similar)
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and data‑driven reporting environments
• Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and communicate insights to senior leaders
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving organization
