Job Title:
Sports Card & eBay Sales Manager (Online Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Sports Card & Online Marketplace Sales Specialist to manage, list, market, and sell high-value sports cards and collectibles through eBay and other online platforms.

This role is responsible for maximizing sales velocity, pricing strategy, listing optimization, buyer communication, and inventory management. The ideal candidate understands the sports card market, grading trends (PSA/BGS/SGC), and how to turn inventory into consistent online revenue.

This is a performance-driven role with upside tied to sales results.

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Listing Management
  • Photograph and create professional eBay listings
  • Research comps using eBay sold data and market tools
  • Price strategically (auction vs Buy It Now)
  • Manage 50–500+ active listings
  • Monitor watcher activity and send offers
  • Adjust pricing based on market trends
  • Cross-post on platforms (eBay, Whatnot, Facebook, etc.)
Market Analysis
  • Track player trends and release cycles
  • Identify hot sets, rookies, and limited prints
  • Recommend grading candidates (PSA/BGS submissions)
  • Evaluate ROI on raw vs graded inventory
Customer Experience
  • Respond to buyer questions professionally
  • Manage disputes and returns
  • Maintain seller metrics and account health
Shipping & Operations
  • Package and ship securely
  • Manage supplies and shipping costs
  • Track margins per card
  • Maintain inventory tracking system
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience selling sports cards on eBay
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Grading standards (PSA/BGS/SGC)
  • eBay algorithms & seller metrics
  • Market comps and pricing psychology
  • Proven sales history (seller account preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with performance mindset
  • Familiarity with high-value collectibles preferred
