Accounts Receivable Analyst

Onsite in Charlotte, NC M-F. After 90 days remote Fridays

Duration: 10-month C2H

Schedule: 5 days onsite (WFH Fridays after 90 days)

Pay Rate: $23-25/hr

• 1 & done virtual

• 1-3 years of experience Accounts Receivable
• Experience with B2B collections not consumer
• Experience with High Radius or a comparable collections platform
• Excel experience (v lookups are a NEED)
• Comfortable with a high volume of tasks, (portfolio of 300 accounts, $5million in revenue)
• Needs to be comfortable leading a bi-weekly call with the Branch Managers
• Experience leading resolution and reconciliation efforts
• Ability to independently Investigate and resolve disputes

• Experience in freight transportation or logistics

Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. This candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on daily monitoring, cash flow optimization, and collections. This role aims to improve account status by resolving payment issues through proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage customer accounts by monitoring outstanding invoices, resolving payment issues, and negotiating terms.
• Collaborate across departments to reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and improve billing accuracy.
• Analyze aging reports, track collection efforts, and elevate unresolved accounts as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and support processing of refunds, write-offs, and offsets.
• Respond to customer inquiries and contribute to account strategy development with leadership.
