As a Project Management Analyst, you’ll be at the heartbeat of the Transmission & Distribution Program Management Office helping to power essential electric utility projects across the region. Acting as a strategic partner to multiple Project Managers, you’ll blend analytical thinking, operational coordination, and meticulous organization to ensure our capital and maintenance initiatives move forward with precision and purpose.

What You’ll Do Project & Business Analysis
  • Be the analytical engine behind multiple transmission and distribution projects.
  • Track, organize, and validate program-level data to guide accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
  • Craft polished documentation, summaries, and insights that help stakeholders stay aligned and empowered.
Contract & Financial Stewardship
  • Assist in building Requests for Proposal (RFPs) that drive critical T&D work forward.
  • Manage contract requisitions, payment processing, and vendor documentation with confidence and accuracy.
  • Review and approve invoices, monitor accruals, and help ensure contract performance stays on target.
Tools You’ll Master
  • Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI will become your storytelling and data-surfacing toolkit.
  • Leverage advanced Excel functions pivot tables, lookups, formulas to support project and financial tracking.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with internal teams, contractors, and cross-functional groups to gather insights and support project needs.
  • Deliver clear, timely communication to keep everyone aligned on updates, requirements, and next steps.
What You Bring
  • Sharp analytical abilities and a knack for organizing complex information into meaningful insights.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas you know the drill!).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing high-volume workflows.
  • Confident communication skills both written and verbal across diverse audiences.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to independently prioritize and execute.
Preferred Extras
  • Experience in utility operations, engineering, or transmission & distribution environments.
  • Familiarity working in a PMO or supporting multiple project managers.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint is a big plus.
Work Environment
  • This hybrid role requires onsite presence in our Washington, DC office three days per week.
  • You’ll collaborate frequently with PMO leadership, project managers, vendors, and internal teams dedicated to building the infrastructure of tomorrow.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $50.00 - $52.77 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
