All about the role

The Last Mile Project Manager/Product Owner leads high‑complexity, cross‑functional projects that support Electrolux’s 3–5 year roadmap for North America D2C and Last Mile operations. This role manages Electrolux’s end‑to‑end track & trace processes, ensuring accurate delivery of sales order information to 3PL partners and real‑time tracking for builders and consumers. You will serve as the key liaison between Last Mile operations, Electrolux IT, technical teams, and 3PL partners to ensure solutions align with business priorities and customer needs.

Success is defined by effective sprint execution and contribution to quarterly OKRs.

Where you’ll be

This position will be based in HQ office, Charlotte, NC. This role offers a hybrid work schedule.

What you’ll do
  • Plans and ensures execution of project deliverables within agreed‑upon timing and budget. Composes a project work‑breakdown structure/schedule and plan for executing the project - including sequencing, identification of dependencies, duration and resource needs, cost estimations, budgeting, and control.
  • Conducts regular project team meetings. Regularly presents project status reports to Steering Committee, other senior managers, and, when relevant, North America Senior Leadership Team.
  • Clearly communicates roles and responsibilities within the project core and extended team.
  • Tracks progress against agreed targets. Develops and implements mitigation plan for at‑risk items. Submits investment requests. Tracks and manages capital and expenses through close of project.
  • Resolves conflicts with capex, schedules, and resources as needed. Elevates issues to management when necessary.
  • Promotes culture of “Teamship” and professional accountability among core and extended team members. Communicates vision, promotes goal alignment, provides coaching and feedback for performance management.
  • Actively contributes to the definition of the quarterly OKRs.
  • Develop and maintain roadmap of ongoing and upcoming projects planned for the Last Mile.
  • Collect business requirements, pain points/issues, market features, and customer feedback to take part of the backlog.
  • Prioritize the items from the backlog ensuring alignment with the quarterly OKRs defined for the Last Mile area. Run regular meetings to define the Sprint content.
  • Differentiate items that must be executed as a project from the items that will take part of the regular Sprints.
  • Orchestrate with stakeholders the directions for the requests that are defined as a project.
  • Act as the business owner for the E2E Last Mile processes.
  • Translate, together with the requestor, the prioritized backlog items into user stories to feed the sprint content.
  • Meets daily with team involved in the Sprint to support progress of current developments.
  • Provides training in newly implemented features and tools for the teams affected by the features delivered in each sprint.
  • Onboard carriers providing guidance and training for the new partners.
  • Owns the integration scorecard highlighting quality of data flows between 3PL systems and Far Eye.
  • Facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) for the user stories that take part of the sprint.
  • Ensure periodic review meetings to get feedback on the sprint’s delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree completed, engineering or supply chain preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years product management within supply chain last mile or order management.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Transportation Management or Last Mile platforms – Far Eye knowledge is a plus.
  • Minimal travel (up to 10%) required.
