As a Service Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Service Management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Coordinate and oversee service delivery processes to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and client interactions
