WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Act as a liaison for executive, maintaining interactions with internal and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making and issue resolution while maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to manage special projects and assignments, setting priorities, identifying and addressing issues effectively, and ensuring timely progress.
  • Organize and manage the executive’s calendar, including meetings, travel arrangements, and preparation of presentations and communications.
  • Anticipates leadership needs and proactively delivers timely, thoughtful solutions.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite—especially PowerPoint—with polished communication and writing skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
