We are currently partnering with an AEC client who is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support firmwide growth initiatives. This role partners closely with marketing and business development leadership to support new business efforts, client development, and strategic initiatives.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys creating compelling pitches, managing proposals, and supporting relationship‑driven growth in a collaborative environment.

This is an on site role and offers a competitive base compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development strategy and execution across priority markets and practices
  • Coordinate and contribute to RFPs, proposals, and pitch materials, including research, content development, and deadline management
  • Assist with creating client‑facing presentations and tailored pitch content
  • Conduct market, client, and competitive research to support growth initiatives
  • Track and report on business development activity, including pipeline data, wins, referrals, and cross‑selling efforts
  • Maintain CRM data, client lists, and engagement tracking
  • Help plan and manage events and sponsor ships that support business development and client engagement
  • Coordinate awards submissions and directory rankings, including drafting content and managing timelines
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, communications, and leadership teams
  • Create marketing content and graphic design collateral for social media, presentations and brochures, etc.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, proposals, or a related role‑AEC experience highly desired.
  • Hands‑on experience with RFPs, pitches, and proposal coordination
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a CRM or similar tracking system
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a professional services environment
