This is a position that carries out the practical work related to quality assurance for our company's products.

Responsible for duties specializing particularly in complaint-related operations.

• Review domestic complaint information and provide information and confirm analysis results with domestic and foreign manufacturers.
• Provide quality information and technical advice to customers and our service engineers as necessary.
• Collect and analyze information on the quality of the company's products in the domestic market and reflect this in product services.
• In the event of a quality problem, work with overseas manufacturers to track the entire process from determining the root cause to preventing a recurrence.
• Analyze and report on the quality of our products to our customers (B to B, B to
  
  C) as appropriate, and work to increase their confidence in the quality of our products so that they can use our products with peace of mind.

Headquarters (Europe, Americas) design, development, quality assurance, marketing department staff, our sales department, marketing and service department staff

• Experience in quality assurance/control, or experience in related work with medical devices, particularly compliance handling.
• English communication: business-level conversation, reading and writing (telephone conferences with the head office are conducted in English)

• Experience in quality assurance and control of medical devices, etc.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485
